Prefab American Dream Source, Inc (PADS™) is a public charity, not-for-profit corporation having a tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

PADS™ is committed to providing quality factory-built affordable housing and communities for underserved populations such as the workforce of the region we serve, for low-income households, the elderly, the disabled, single parent households and replacing substandard housing units with new homes.
